  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Cost: £4 (Free on orders over £25)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • You’ll receive tracking updates by email once your order is on its way.

 

International Shipping

  • Service: Express International Tracked

  • Cost: $15 flat rate (Free on orders over $56)

  • Delivery Time: 5–17 business days, depending on location

  • Fully tracked service — tracking number emailed after dispatch.

  • Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Processing Time

All SEN&Zen products are handmade and printed to order, ensuring each one is carefully crafted with attention to detail.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Order Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 working days, please check your spam or junk folder.
